Swiss Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Cultured Organic Milk of Kefir
  • 1-2 organic, free range eggs
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1-2 tbsp unheated, raw honey (try Really Raw Honey)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa or carob powder
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1-2 fresh or frozen bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 Preparation

  1. Combine the listed ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend to desired consistency.
  3. Yields 2, 8 oz. servings
