Healthy Powerburgers

powerburgersGive your burgers a power-packed kick with the addition of organic veggies, grassfed beef and raw cheese.


  • 1/4 cup organic veggies such as yellow onion, green onion, zucchini, yellow squash, chopped
  • 3/4 lb. Grassfed Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • Goat’s Milk Cheddar Cheese or Beyond Organic Raw Cheddar
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


  1. Saute veggies over medium heat until tender (8-10 mins).
  2. Combine veggies with beef and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Form into 4 patties and grill until done.
  4. Serve over bibb lettuce, tomato, onion &  bean sprouts.
