Blueberries with honey, almonds and yogurt
- 2 tablespoons toasted almonds
- 1/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey 4 ounces fresh blueberries
1) Mix the yogurt and honey together in a bowl and fold in the blueberries. Divide among two bowls and chill until ready to serve.
2) Scatter the toasted almonds over the mixture and drizzle with a bit more yogurt mixture.
