This unique beef dish combines the healthy fats from grassfed beef with spices that pack some heat! Serve it at your next dinner party as an appetizer or part of an entree.
- 2 lbs GreenFed ground beef
- 1 egg slightly beaten (free-range, organic)
- 4 tbps beef broth
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Next, form the beef mixture into sausages about 1" thick and 4" long. Cook slowly until well-cooked on a grill or under a broiler, turning often to make sure they're cooked through. Serve.
