Raw honey and fresh, organic blueberries give this dessert a healthy kick of energy and enzymes for digestive health. With a base of cultured Amasi, this soothing smoothie also serves to aid digestion through the delivery of probiotics.
- 4 ounes Plain Amasi
- 1 tbsp raw, unheated honey
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix Amasi, honey and flaxseed or chia seed and top with blueberries.
